Currency & Pricing
All prices listed on Furrycraft are in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total amount due at checkout includes the product price, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes. Prices are final at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future orders.
Payment Authorization & Capture
Most payments are authorized and charged immediately at checkout. If a payment cannot be verified (for example, due to bank decline or address mismatch), your order may be canceled, and you will need to place it again using a valid method.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with a cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST. After processing, shipments enter transit for 2–5 business days. These processing and transit times do not affect the timing of the payment hold set by your bank.
Subscription, Recurring, or Deferred Purchases
Certain products may be billed on a recurring or scheduled basis. By choosing this option at checkout, you authorize Furrycraft (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method according to the specified price and schedule until the subscription ends or you cancel. Any special cancellation details are clearly shown at the time of purchase.
Security of Payments
All payment information is transmitted over secure SSL-encrypted connections and handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. Furrycraft does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Fraud detection systems monitor all transactions, and suspicious orders may be reviewed, delayed, or canceled to ensure the safety of all customers.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated automatically based on your shipping address and are included at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local authorities.
Order Review & Limits
Furrycraft reserves the right to review orders for accuracy and fraud prevention. In some cases, we may limit the quantity of certain products per order or request additional verification before processing.
Refunds & Reversals
When a refund is approved in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, it will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute must be reported to Furrycraft immediately at info@furrycraft.store. We will review the case and provide supporting evidence to the payment provider. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before filing disputes to resolve issues efficiently.
