Domestic Shipping (Shipping in USA)

Processing/Handling Time

All orders are carefully reviewed and prepared before shipment. The standard processing and handling time is 1–2 business days. Many orders are processed within the same business day, while others may take up to two business days depending on order verification and order volume.

Transit Time

After your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated travel time is 2–5 business days.
Delivery speed varies based on your destination, courier workload, and routing conditions.

Total Delivery Time

Processing Time + Transit Time = 3–7 business days
This range reflects the typical delivery window for most U.S. orders.

Cut-Off Time

Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day.

Note:
Some carriers do not operate or deliver on weekends or holidays. While our support and processing team works throughout the week, transit durations follow the carrier’s business-day schedule.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (United States)

We offer a flat rate of $14 for all domestic orders within the United States.
This fixed fee applies regardless of weight, size, or destination, ensuring simple and predictable shipping costs for every customer.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
All orders are shipped within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to info@furrycraft.store.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans and registers the package.
If tracking details are missing or delayed, our support team is available to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order does not arrive as expected or reaches you with visible damage, please reach out to our support team within 30 days of the delivery date.
Once we receive your report, we will review the details, coordinate with the carrier, and guide you through the steps to ensure the issue is resolved as quickly and fairly as possible.

Expired Items

All products are carefully inspected by our team before shipping to ensure they are within their valid use period. In the unlikely event that an item reaches you past its expiration or is unusable, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
